Keyfund, the Newcastle-based charity helping young people to develop their skills and reach their full potential have launched the first trailer for the Ambition Lab project.

Developed in support with Nominet Trust, Ambition Lab will use ground breaking research and digital innovation methods to help young people achieve their ambitions.

Culminating with a charity Hackathon in November, the Ambition Lab project will conduct research into the barriers young people face in reaching their goals and create a film to capture and communicate the research results and findings.

Sunderland Software City will be hosting the Hackathon, inviting developers, creative technologists, artists, scientists, youth experts and innovative entrepreneurs from across the country to use the film to create a digital prototype aimed at supporting young people to achieve their ambitions.
